Ecstatic Spiritual Dance Dance is a way of being for me. Dancing my life questions is how I understand the world, how I find new parts of myself, how I connect with what I feel. It is at the heart of my spirituality.
I dance five rythms, ecstatic dance, and dance with friends in our own spaces. I was trained in modern (Limon). I danced in Africa, with the Naraya her in the US.
I dance to all kinds of music -- trance, fusion, jazz, heavy metal, industrial, techno, R&B, hip hop.
