Dance is extremely important to me --- it's actually crucial to my health and well-being. It is a source of such freedom, living in the moment, connecting with another person... sigh.

Having one style of dance to share is great, but the more styles of dance we can share together, the better, for when we have for an evening that starts out with cooking dinner in the kitchen & then getting carried away by our dance up to the bedroom... or stay in the kitchen

I am trained in, teach and choreograph the following:
MJ's Thriller & other pop music video choreographies, ballet, jazz, modern/contemporary, contact improv, hip hop, dancehall, krump, a little pop n' lock, breakdance/b-girling, salsa, merengue, cha cha, bachata, cuban rumba, casino rueda, hustle, west African, capoeira,
swing: a little east coast, lindy hop, learning west coast now, learning American Standard & American Rhythm and I just started learning Argentine Tango!
I'll write a proper profile this evening
